To help us provide clear and detailed responses, we invite you to submit your questions ahead of the meeting. Please email your questions to office@acorncb.co.uk before 11th September.
How to register for the AGM
Registration for the AGM is quick and simple. It only takes a few minutes.
Simply Click on the AGM registration link and enter the following details.
- First name.
- Last name.
- Email address
- Membership number.
Once you have submitted the registration form, you’ll receive your confirmation email with everything you need to join the AGM. You will also receive a reminder on the day of the AGM.

What happens after you register?
Once you have registered for the AGM, you will receive an email confirmation containing your personal secure link to join the meeting on Wednesday 23rd September 2026.
The meeting will be hosted using the GoTo Webinar platform by All Together Money (Previously ABCUL), the trade association supporting British credit unions.
On the day of the AGM, you will also receive automatic reminder email.
Please note – Registration is free, but every member must register in advance to receive their personal access link.
What to expect during the Online AGM
The AGM will be held online using the secure GoTo Webinar platform.
At the beginning of the meeting, we will explain how everything works before moving into formal business of the AGM.
During the meeting you’ll be able to;
- Listen to presentations from the Board and Executive team.
- Vote live on AGM resolutions using the on-screen voting system.
- Submit questions at any time using the webinar’s question panel.
- Hear responses to questions submitted in advance where appropriate.
Voting
Voting takes place securely during the AGM. When each vote open a voting window will appear on your screen. Simply select your preferred option and submit your vote. Results are displayed live once voting closes, ensuring process is transparent and efficient.

- Absolutely. All members, whether new or long-standing, are encouraged to attend and participate.

- yes, once registered, you will receive a confirmation email immediately with your joining link and an automatic email reminder on the day of the AGM.
- Will I be able to vote during the AGM?
- Yes, members will be able to vote on key decisions, including the proposed dividend and board appointments.
- How do I submit a question?
- You can submit your questions in advance by emailing off@acorncb.co.uk by 11th September 2026.
- Will documents relevant to the AGM be available prior to the meeting?
- Yes, all relevant documents will be published ahead of the meeting for members to review.
- How will voting take place?
- Voting is completed electronically during the AGM. Members simply select their preferred option when each vote appears on screen.
