How to Address Complaints
We are committed to providing outstanding service to our members. However, if you feel you have been disadvantaged, or are unhappy with the service you received satisfied, we encourage you to share your feedback.
You can submit complaints;

We will aim to address your concerns promptly, to resolve them within eight weeks. If your issue remains unresolved, you may escalate it to the Financial Ombudsman Service for impartial mediation.
