Important Notice: Temporary Technical Issues with Microsoft Systems

Dear members, we want to keep you informed about a temporary technical issue affecting our services. We are experiencing problems with our systems, which has impacted our ability to send or receive emails or answer phone calls.

To ensure we can still assist you during this time, our team has set up a temporary email address and phone number for urgent queries:

If you’ve sent us an email since the 8th of January and still require a response, please resend it to the temporary address above. If your query has already been resolved, there’s no need to resend.

Important Notes
Loan Applications and Withdrawal Requests: Any applications and withdrawal requests submitted via our website or mobile app continue to be received and will be processed as normal.
Child Benefit Payments: These will be processed as scheduled and will not be affected by this issue.
Phone Line Limitations: The temporary phone number is staffed by one team member, so it will be busy. We kindly ask that you use it for emergencies only that cannot be handled via email.
