Terms & Conditions
- Promoter: This promotion is run by Acorn Community Bank.
- Eligibility: Open to members of Acorn Community Bank, aged 18+. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible.
- Promotion period: Opens 14th February, 2026 from 10:00 am to 23rd March, 2026 till 23:59. Entries outside this period are void.
- Entry Criteria: To enter participants must complete all the below steps:
- o Follow the Acorn’s Facebook Page
- o Like the giveaway post publicly.
- o Comment “Acorn” on the giveaway post.
- Prize: 2 prizes of £50 each, t be credited directly to member’s Acorn Share1 account. No cash alternative, Non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
- Winner Selection & Announcement: The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and announced on 28th March 2026 Acorn’s Facebook page.
- Winner Contact, verification: The winner will be notified via the email address registered to their Acorn Community Bank membership account.
- The winner will must respond within 48 hours of the notification email being sent and provide any information reasonably requested by Acorn Community Bank, including completed consent and verification documentation. Failure to respond within this timeframe, or failure to provide the required documentation, any result in forfeiture of the prize. In such circumstances, Acorn Community Bank reserves the right to select and alternative winner in accordance with these terms ad conditions.
- Upon receipt and verification of all required information and documentation, the prize funds will be credited to the winner’s Acorn share1 account.
- Publicity & Marketing consent: By entering the contest, the winners agree that Acorn may use the winner’s name, image, likeness, comments and any related content (including photos or social posts connected to the giveaway) for marketing and promotional purposes, online offline, without additional compensation.
