We have a small office team, so it maybe they are on the phone or busy meeting a member, when you phone us. If we can’t answer when you call, please send an email and we will get back to you. Whatever you are calling about, we know it is important to you and we try to reply within 24 hours.

Our office is open to drop-in from 10-12 on Thursdays. To avoid being kept waiting, please make an appointment before your visit.

Collection points are ‘pop-up’ branches manned by our members. You can come to make a loan payment or savings deposit.
